Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is valid until 21 December 2024.
• It’s not possible to correspond about the results.
• The winners will be notified by email. The results will also be shared on the website and our Facebook page.
• The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
• MY VILLAGE reserves the right to change the terms and conditions, without prior notice, terminate, suspend or modify the prizes if circumstances require.
• By entering the competition you agree that the photographs or videos that you submit may be used for commercial purposes such as placing the pictures on our website, Facebook page, and newsletters.
• Your submission should contain at most 3 clear images with at least one overview daylight photo.
• Only photo’s (.jpg, .jpeg, .png) can be send.
• You can only participate with one Christmas village per person.
• The Christmas village must be made by yourself.
• Your Christmas village must be made in the year in which you participate. Submissions of Christmas villages from previous years can’t participate.
• Winners of the previous year are excluded from participation for the current year.
• MY VILLAGE uses your name and email address for communication about this contest and will not share this data with third parties. To divide the participants per country, the country is used. This data is not used to create profiles, monitor actions or behaviours. All data is handled under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
